Goal: Create an Internet presence that creates FOMO and drives bookings for a high-end rental property in the California desert, as well as and Intranet site that informs guests of how to use the amenities while on property.

Elevating a desert rental property to a brand that creates FOMO requires you to say more with less. Less clutter, less words, less photos and still get the user to move to action. 

Until of course, you get to the property where you as the user want more information on how to run everything from the spa jets, to the water features to the entertainment system. 

To address both, I produced a website that when external to the property, lands on a splash page enticing you to book; when internal and on property, lands on an Intranet page that walks you through how to use the amenities, offers local attractions based on your interests and connects you with local vendors including car hire and private chefs.
